Guajiros is a proud family business consisting of 3 brothers (Harvey, Nilo, and Sebas) and their parents (Harvey Sr. and Jacqueline). We moved to Charlottesville in 2017, opening the first Guajiros in 2019 at Woodbrook Shopping Center up 29N and in 2021 moved to our second location on W Main Street.

In January of 2023 we move to our current location on 10th street, where we were able to not only expand our hours during the day, but also launch our After Dark concept.

Our goal has always been to bring the flavors of our childhoods in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Miami to our new home in Charlottesville.
